How long does my order take to ship?

Shipping time varies per item. For a custom item, I will give you a time frame before I begin the project.

Made-to-order pieces will ship on a Thursday, 2 weeks after the order is placed (i.e. if you place an order on Friday, it will be shipped 3 Thursdays later.)

I will ship 1-of-1, ready to ship orders together each week on Thursday evenings.

Do you offer international shipping? 

No, I do not ship internationally at this time.

What is your return policy? 

There is a strict no return policy. However, if something is wrong with the item you ordered, please contact me via email and I will work with you to correct the issue!
